    Glow in the darks lights and outfits can be expected for the Christmas disco Gort No Name Club has organised to celebrate the festive season. A ultra violet party is the theme for the Christmas event and DJ Sully is going to provide the music that will get the glowsticks whizzing about. The event is being held at Lebane Hall on Thursday December 23rd and will run from 9.30pm to 12.30am.
  • DJ Darcy to head Kilbride celebration

    I102-104FM DJ and No Name Club favourite Fergal Darcy will generate an electric atmostphere as he takes to the DJ box for Kilbride No Name Club’s 2010 Christmas Disco. The popular DJ will be playing at Jack’s Live Venue, Castle Street, Roscommon on Tuesday December 21st and will bring his electric mix of modern music to the venue.     Castlebar No Name Club is using the goodwill of the festive season to raise money for a very worth cause. The club will be holding a flag day and carol singing on Saturday December 18th to collect money for St Anthony’s Special School and for the club itself.  St Anthony’s is a primary school for children with special needs.     Baltinglass will be hosting a very special visitor on Saturday, December 18th. And on hand to help with visit of Santa Claus to the Wicklow town will be the local No Name Club members, who will provide assistance as elves and as stewards for the big event.   • Galway Clubs on Ice

    More than 50 No Name Club Galway teenagers will be taking to the ice to help themselves get in the mood of the festive season. Gort and Mountbellew No Name Club teenagers are travelling to Galway City on Friday December 17th to soak up the Christmas atmosphere. They’ll be visting the Christmas market in Eyre Square and then heading onto Galway Bay on Ice to put their skating skills to the test.
  • Shannonside’s icey venture

    It’s been a busy few weeks for Shannonside No Name Club and the eventful run-up to the Christmas period will culminate in a trip to Killarney by 30 club members to go ice skating. The club is based on the Kerry Limerick border and is travelling south to Killarney On Ice on Friday, December 17th.
