Carol singing for a worthy cause

Castleknock/Clonsilla No Name Club members will be carol singing in Blanchardstown Shopping Centre in the lead up to Christmas to raise money for an excellent organisation. The club is singing from 5.30pm – 6.30pm at the shopping centre on Wednesday December 15th and all money raised thru their harmonies will go towards the Cystic Fibrosis Association of Ireland. 15 hosts and hostesses will be singing and will be supported by the club’s adult committee members. Donegal’s Christmas Celebration

Donegal’s teenagers were in festive mood at the local No Name Club Christmas Disco. Around 150 young people from the town and surrounding region turned out at Pier One Complex in Donegal on Friday December 10th for the celebrations. Christmas is a time for giving and receiving and Kells No Name Club will be getting right into the festive mood as it finishes up for the Christmas break. Members of the Meath club will be exchanging gifts as part of a Kris Kindle it is carrying out among its teenage members. Athboy’s Sharp Shooters

Sharp driving and shooting were the order of the day for Athboy No Name Club’s first outing for the 2010/2011 year. More than 10 young people from the Meath club travelled to The Zone in Navan for a spot of indoor karting and paintballing on Thursday, December 9th. An excellent evening of activity and entertainment was enjoyed by all.

Road Safety Deadlines Extended

The recent bad weather has seen clubs around the country have their activities severely hampered.
