A brief history of our club: It was here in Kilkenny the the No Name Club was first founded by Eammonn Doyle, Fr Tom Murphy & Eddie Keher. Thirty something years later, the No Name Club continues to thrive in this beautiful city. This is a special club – special in its own right and special in its historical relevance to the national organisation. It is seen within the NNC as the “Mother Club.” It is the club from which all other clubs that have existed through the years have sprung. Even with this history and tradition, the Kilkenny NNC does not rest on its laurels and is as vibrant and healthy as ever, still catering for the needs of its young members with the same zeal and enthusiasm as it did thirty years ago.
