Melleray Weekend – It’s almost here! January 13/14/15th 2012

 It’s almost here! The Melleray weekend is nearly upon us (Jan 13/14/15 2012). We have a record number of clubs and more than 200 Hosts & Hostesses coming to Melleray this Friday for the best weekend ever. Supertalent finals

The No Name Club is delighted to announce the venues for the regional finals of Supertalent 2011. The venues, dates and times are as follows: East: Fatima Hall, Baltinglass                Saturday March 12th             11am – 4pm South: Fermoy Youth Community Centre            Sunday March 13th              11am – 4pm West: Ballinrobe Communty School       Saturday& Sunday March 26th & 27th          11am – 4pm

Region 1 report

The fun, entertainment and competition was in Mayo and the celebrations were carried on in Donegal and Sligo. Clubs from the three counties in the North West gathered in Claremorris on Saturday February 5th to participate in the Region 1 final of the No Name Club National Youth Awards. Region 2 report

Around 130 teenagers and 40 adults from Mayo clubs converged on the amazing Gateway Leisureplex in Belmullet Co. Region 3 report

All hands were on board as the Region 3 final of the No Name Club National Youth Awards got underway on Saturday February 5th in the SMA Hall, Claregalway, Co Galway. This was a wonderful venue to hold the regional finals as included in its features are a nice stage, large hall, a well equipped kitchen and a quiet room for interviewing away from all the noise. Cobh, Mayfield, Dungarvan and Killarney clubs came together in the Malton Hotel in Killarney on Saturday February 5th for their regional final of the No Name Club National Youth Awards.It was a day of musical entertainment, song, dance, humour and fun as six No Name Club hosts and hostesses put themselves forward to represent their club and region in the competiton.
