All clubs should now select a Host and Hostess to represent your Club in the regional competition for the Youth Awards.
They must complete the attached application form, attach a photo and have it returned to the office no later than Friday 10th February 2012.
Applications received after this date will be deemed ineligible to compete.
We encourage all clubs to participate.
A Karaoke Competition will run in conjunction with the Regional Youth Awards – This is a fun event and will not go to a national final, we hope that all Clubs will participate. Each club is invited to enter two acts to represent their club. Each act can consist of either one, two or three persons. Each act can choose two songs to sing consecutively, Backing tracks for the songs are either confined to the selection provided by the Karaoke provider on the day or an act may bring their own track on an ipod/mp3 player.
A timetable for each event will be issued to all clubs in advance of the competition showing the order in which Clubs will participate. A draw will take place to decide the running order.
Light refreshments will be provided at each event. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact the office or your local training officer.
Please Note: Each club is responsible for the behaviour and wellbeing of their Hosts & Hostesses, (and their belongings) at every event.
