When I heard about this book from a friend, I was surprisingly intrigued. I’d never previously been one for historical fiction but the title ‘The seven husbands of Evelyn Hugo’, admittedly piqued my interest. My logic was that no boring book could have such a title. Kilkenny goes to Lilliput Adventure Centre
Kilkenny No Name Club – Lilliput Weekend 21st & 22nd October 2023 This past weekend, Kilkenny No Name Club took their now annual bonding trip to Lilliput Adventure Centre in Mullingar Co. Westmeath. Over 50 members took on challenges such as Orienteering, Capture the flag (KK style), Sniper, Kayaking, Bog Hopping and Abseiling. Kilkenny Tree Planting
Members of Kilkenny No Name Club were joined by Kilkenny County Council and Minister for Heritage & Electoral Reform Malcolm Noonan T.D. to plant some native Cherry trees. This activity formed part of Kilkenny No Name Clubs ECO-UNESCO project for 2023. ECO-UNESCO Youth Climate Advocate Programme 2024
No Name Club are once again delighted to be part of the ECO-UNESCO Youth Climate Advocate Programme . We are partnered this year with ECO-UNESCO , the Irish Girl Guides , Poppintree Youth Project , and Feachtas . The Youth Climate Advocate Programme is a fantastic opportunity for young people, aged between 14 and 21, to become inspirational leaders and advocates in the areas of Climate Justice and Climate Action.
